Product design starts with concept development based on customer requirements. Industrial design plays an important role in our lighting product development process; it aims to generating proposals for new product concepts and novel exteriors based on customer requirements. Product design must consider factors such as the target market, cost structure, raw material selection, design language & functions, and light presentation.
Our engineer will design 3parts, they are water-proof class, workers installation experience, customers use experience. The structure will be modified over again and again till it has the best customer experience and lowest defective install rate.
Regarding to electronics part, we use original materials, such as resistor, capacitor, LEDs and so on, besides, we they will design the circuit board with EMC solution, then we will have EMI and EMS test to ensure it’s EMC class.
As for optical, we also use the high-quality materials, such as OSRAM or CREE LEDs and BAYER Makrolon 2807 lens. Besides, we will test beam pattern according to different market regulations, such as DOT SAE and Emark. We will constantly adjust the it before mass production.

EMI test to ensure there is no interference for the light, ensure it is compatible with other devices.
Water-proof class test, when we make it go through the aging test line, water-proof test included, the light will be soak in 2-meter pool for half hour when it is lighting.
Vibration test to check if components are tight and solid with the PCB board, we aim to ensure they won’t fall from it.
