Test Lab
We've specific definition on quality standards of our LED Work Lights, LED Driving Lights, and LED Headlights etc, and in order to fullfill these quality requirements, we'll arrange comprehensive tests for mechanical, electronic, and optical performance, include optical parameter test, vibration test, EMC test, salt spray test, high & low temperature test, waterproof test, aging test, beam pattern test, and beam angel test etc. All products could be released on the condition that pass all these essential test.
IP6X,IPX8,IPX9K
ISO 20653-2013: Road vehicles - Degress of protection (IP Code) - Protection of electrical equipment against foreign objects, water and access
Test Requirement
IP6X test (Protection against access to hazardous parts):
The probe with a diameter of 1.0 mm does not enter the specimen case.
IP6X test (Protection against solid foreign objects):
Dust shall not penetrate.
IPX8 test (Continuous immersions subject to agreement):
Water shall not penetrate in a quantity causing harmful effects if the enclosure is continuously immersed in water under conditions which shall be agreed between supplier and car manufacturer, but which are more severe than code 7.
IPX9K test (Execution of the tests for protection against ingress of water):
No harmful effects or impair performance, no water enters the inside of the sample.
Mechanical shock test
ISO 16750-3:2012 4.2.2 and customer requirements
Test Procedure
Perform the test in accordance with IEC 60068-2-29 using the following test parameters:
- operating mode of the DUT: 3.2 (see ISO 16750-1);
- Pulse shape, Half-sinusoidal;
- Acceleration: 500 m/s²;
- Duration: 6ms;
- Number of shocks: 10 per test direction;
Acceleration due to the shock in the test shall be applied in the same direction that acceleration of the shock occurs in the vehicle. If the direction of the effect is not known, the DUT shall be tested in all six spatial directions.
Requirements
Functional status shall be class A as defined in ISO 16750-1.
BEAM TEST
Each light pattern is designed and tested by optical engineers to give you the best possible beam pattern and comply with local legal requirements for on-road use
LOW BEAM SIMULATION
HIGH-LOW BEAM SIMULATON
CISPR CLASS TEST
Test Item | Standard | Class /Severity | Test Setup and Procedure | Result |
Radiated Electromagnetic Interference_Voltage method (CISPR 25) | CISPR 25:2016 | Test frequency: 0.15MHz-2500MHz Function status: meet the limit of Class 4 |
1) Set the EUT in accordance with the standard CISPR 25:2016, to connect the power verification sample function
2) The background noise is scanned, and confirmed to be at least 6dB below the limit. |

Conducted electromagnetic Interference_ALSE method (CISPR 25) | CISPR 25:2016 | Test frequency: 0.15MHz-108MHz Function status: meet the limit of Class 4 |
1) Set the EUT accordance with the standard CISPR 25:2016, to connect the power verification sample function
2) The background noise is scanned, and confirmed to be at least 6dB below the limit. 3) Turn on the power supply and start the test. The test frequency is less than 30MHz, with a single antenna, vertical polarization direction, the test frequency is greater than or equal to 30MHz, test the horizontal and vertical polarization direction respectively with double cone antenna, log periodic antenna and horn antenna. In the test frequency is less than 1000MHz, the antenna is measured sample harness center distance 1m, test frequency is greater than or equal to 1000MHz, the antenna is measured sample distance, 1m wire harness. |
